RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All products distributed by I Am Diversity are handcrafted in house in a small artisan laboratory. Our goods are produced in small batches and quality checked prior to distribution. However, on the rare occasion you find your order has not arrived in its expected condition we ask you to get in contact with us via [email protected] as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved promptly. 

Please include your order number, photographic evidence and a general description.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges. Likewise, we cannot offer refunds/returns on personalised goods as these are made to order, specifically for you. 

We also ask that you choose carefully as we do not offer refunds/returns on the basis of a ‘change of mind’. 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
